How working together works.

Scope and price
Every engagement starts with a written scope and a fixed price, agreed before any work begins. The price does not change unless you ask for something that is not in that scope, and then you get a new number to approve first.
What you own
On final payment, the code, content and design delivered for your project are yours. Domains, hosting and third-party accounts are registered in your name from the start, so nothing is held hostage. Any reusable components or tooling I bring to the project stay mine to reuse elsewhere.
Timelines
Delivery dates are given in the scope and depend on getting content, access and feedback from you within a reasonable time. If a date is going to move, you hear it from me early rather than on the day.
Payment
Invoices are payable within 30 days unless the scope says otherwise. Larger projects are split into instalments, set out in the scope.
Liability
I am liable for the work I deliver. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outages and changes in third-party services the system depends on.
Law
Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of West Flanders.
