Approach

Structure first. Tools second.

Most digital problems are not tool problems. They are structure problems wearing a tool costume. This is how I work through them — whether you want a website built, a webshop, or your processes automated.

diagnosis first, fixed scope, no lock-in, one contact
Principles

Five rules I do not bend.

  1. Do I get a quote first, or a diagnosis?

Diagnose before proposing. I will ask what the work looks like today before I suggest anything — and if the honest answer is that you do not need me, that is the answer you get.

  2. What is in the scope, and what does a change cost?

Fixed scope, written down. You get a number and a date before work starts, with an explicit list of what is not included. A change is a new conversation, not a surprise invoice. See what a website or webshop costs.

  3. Who owns the accounts, the code and the data?

You do — no lock-in, by design. Accounts, code, domain and data are in your name, and every system is documented well enough for someone else to take over.

  4. Who do I talk to during the project?

The person building it. One point of contact, accountable from start to finish — no account manager relaying your problem to someone you never meet.

  5. What technology do you build on?

Boring where it counts. Standard, well-supported tooling for anything you have to live with for years; clever is for the problems that actually require it.

Engagement flow

From first call to launch, in three stages.

Whether you want a website or webshop built, your processes automated or an AI integration in place, the path is the same — and the price is fixed before anything starts. See the services and rates.

Diagnose

Understand the real problem.

A 30-minute call, then a written read of what I heard: where the time goes, what is worth fixing first, and what to leave alone.

Structure

Define the path and the price.

Fixed scope, fixed number, a delivery date, and an explicit list of what is not included.

Evolve

Ship, hand over, improve.

It goes live, you get the keys and the documentation. What comes next is your call, not an automatic renewal.

What to expect from me
  • A reply within 24 hours, from me, not a queue
  • Plain language — no jargon used to make simple work sound complicated
  • A straight "this is a bad idea" when it is a bad idea
  • Work delivered on the date agreed, or told early when it will not be

honest read, fixed scope, within 24 hours, no quotation process
Getting started

Does this sound like how you want to work?

Describe in one sentence what is going wrong in your work today. Within 24 hours you get an honest read: whether it is solvable, what the path looks like, roughly what it costs — or that you do not need me for it. No quotation process, no sales pitch.

Have a website or webshop built, automate your processes, add an AI integration or SEO — for entrepreneurs and SMEs in Roeselare and across Flanders.

Answered within 24 hours — by me, not by an account manager.
