- Problem
- Thousands of Romanians in Flanders are looking for the same answers — paperwork, work, schools — and find them scattered across groups and outdated pages. The local businesses that serve them are nowhere to be found online.
- Built
- A bilingual platform (RO/NL) with 73 guides, an interactive business map holding 104 businesses and 37 events, sign-ups with carpooling, an AI assistant and a custom prerender pipeline so every page can be found in Google.
- Result
- 300+ registered members and the number is climbing. The traffic sits where it should sit: the events, the jobs page and the business map — the places where members do something, not just read.

The same principle works for any sector with a community around it: an association, a network of sole traders, a franchise. Map, guides, events and findability in one system.

- Problem
- V-BRAKE sells premium coffee systems to factories and logistics sites across three language regions. Enquiries ran through an outside tool: every lead passed through a third party that could see the customer name, and nobody knew whether the form was working.
- Built
- A trilingual lead page with its own serverless lead form. The enquiry goes straight to their inbox — not a single external request, GDPR-proof from the first line of code.
- Result
- Live since August 2026. Every lead comes in directly and no outside service ever sees a customer name.

- Problem
- An independent wealth manager in Geneva had to put Swiss credibility online. Their market commentary — the House View — had nowhere to go, and every update had to go through a builder.
- Built
- An institutional website running to several pages, a publishing module they use to put out their own House View, a complete brand system, and market figures from four sources with a fallback so the page never sits there blank.
- Result
- They publish on their own now, without me. The site comes across the way the firm comes across at the table.

- Problem
- A firm keeps files, deadlines and draft texts apart in folders, email and people's heads. Every mistake is a deadline that runs out.
- Built
- One system where files, deadlines and drafts come together, driven by six specialised AI agents. PDFs are read in and processed, drafts appear on screen as they are written, and if one AI service goes down a second takes over. Every step is written to an audit log; bilingual (NL/EN). The lawyer always has the last word — the system proposes, it never decides.
- Result
- The system already exists, is deployed and is personalised firm by firm — name, house style and offices are configured, not rebuilt. So you are not paying for development from scratch.

This is not a concept still waiting to be built — it is there. The setup (the AI proposes, the person decides, everything logged) fits any firm that works with deadlines and files: lawyers, accountants, insurance brokers, engineering consultancies. Ask for a demo and you will see it running.

- Problem
- Visitors ask the same questions in the evening and at the weekend. A standard chatbot invents an answer, or sends them off to a form.
- Built
- An assistant that answers out of one bounded knowledge base — your guides, your prices, your terms. It gives concrete step-by-step instructions, suggests follow-up questions and points to the right place when a question falls outside its sources. It invents nothing.
- Result
- Runs 24/7 in RoFlandra and answers questions when nobody is at the desk — the recording alongside is a real session on a phone, not a mockup.
What this can mean for you
I put the same model on your own site: your documents in it, your tone, your boundaries. That is an AI integration, not a chatbot subscription.

- Producing long-form content is not one job but ten: structure, writing, rewriting, keeping it consistent, formatting, exporting.
- Built
- A pipeline that handles the whole chain — writing and rewriting with AI, syncing to Google Docs for review, and automatic formatting into a print-ready PDF (A5, with table of contents) and EPUB.
- Result
- A complete book — nine chapters plus a synthesis — taken by the pipeline from outline to print-ready file.

- Providers in the holistic sector in Belgium and the Netherlands had no shared platform where they could present themselves and get paid.
- Built
- Profiles, three subscription tiers, payments through Stripe and access that differs per tier. Backend, database and payment flow fully set up.
- Result
- Built and deployed. Running on test credentials for payments — the platform is technically finished, the commercial launch was never done.

The whole payment and access layer — subscriptions, tiers, invoicing — is reusable for any webshop or membership site with recurring payments.

- AI doing research sounds convincing and is sometimes wrong. Without evidence behind it, every result is unusable the moment something depends on it.
- Built
- A research chain with one hard rule: every claim gets a reference and a verbatim quote, or it is labelled “unknown — verification needed”. Sources are ranked by reliability and every result passes a human approval step — approved or rejected, nothing in between.
- Result
- A working system, used on a real advisory engagement. Built for situations where an invented figure costs more than no figure at all.

- Data sits locked in PDFs, scans and photos. Retyping it is expensive, slow and error-prone — and it happens all over again every month.
- Built
- A pipeline that reads in raw documents — scans, PDFs, mail exports — recognises the text and turns it into searchable tables and relationship graphs. Every field stays traceable to the source file, with a log of every processing step. What the system is not sure about, it flags instead of guessing.
- Result
- A working system, used on a real flow of raw documents: from boxes of paper and loose files to tables you can actually search.

Building a website that works takes one to three weeks. Fixed scope, agreed in writing before anything starts. You do not get an agency with account managers, you get the builder.
A webshop with Bancontact and card payments through Mollie or Stripe — in Belgium that is not an extra, that is the baseline. You manage stock and orders yourself, with no monthly licence per product.
Automation connects the tools you already pay for — nothing gets replaced and you do not learn a new system. Usually a matter of days, not weeks.
Usually it is not the website but the Google Business Profile: wrong category, empty service list, no recent reviews. That is the cheapest work with the fastest result.
